Default Stripping down...

... a couple of blackberrys.

I just bought a few 7290's for a trip I'm taking out of the country. I already have the os stripped down to the point I know it will work, but I want to know if I could remove the .cod's that correspond to the browser, and a few other things to keep the users from destroying the prepaid balance while abroad. Any thoughts? This might be one of those things where I try a browserless rev. and see if it still works then rolling it back if necessary. Any input is appreciated, thanks.

No? No one has any input, dang. Since this is more of a wider idea for stripping down berry's think it might be a good move to throw into a more popular forum category?

Just an update, I tinkered a bit and managed to get these things running a customized version of their os. It worked, nothing but a phone and sms basically.

Figured I would update since it had almost 100 views...
