Hello I am wondering if anyone has a remedy to a situation

I am trying to convert jad/jar files with the software provided from the forum.

I continue to have RAPC is not a recongized as an internal or external command, operable program, or batch file.

*edit* I was just wondering why it would allow me to DL a jad File but will not allow me to upload a JAD file over the air?

I am using miniopera on a PAYG service, pay as you go.
