30 dollar isn't a bad deal for that at all. Seems reasonable. I can't help you on your questions but you should buy it for the price. Would be nice to have a back up phone that's still a BB

Yes it has the walkie talkie chirp. Its a few years old, cant tell you exactly.Its worth 30 bucks.
