 PPP over USB Cable
Hello,
I am new to the Blackberry world. My work Palm Treo 680 (No Wifi) bit the dust and I was given a Blackberry 7290 (No Wifi) as a replacement. I DO NOT have a data plan with the phone just voice and text.
With the Treo I would create E-mails when away from my desk and at the end of the day when I was back at my desk I would Send those E-mails out via PPP over the USB Cable with a program called Softick PPP. (The Crackberry Board will not allow me to post the URL to the Softick PP Web Site, just search Softick PPP and you'll find it) The product allows you to use your desktop Internet Connection over the USB cable. It worked great for what I needed.
How can I do this on the Blackberry standard or with a 3rd party application?
