New user HELP

New to the post, just purchased7230 from ebay, love the damn thing, BUT it will not recieve any of the e-mail from the outlook.... ???

I have downloaded the sync software 4.0 and have all the contacts on my phone, but have no clue how registure to make the damn thing and make it work..

Can someone help out there???

do you have data plan? if not get one as need to get email on any BB. if have one did you add pin & imei in mymtobile, setup bb email? can find in options, status

Thanks jcj1 for the quick responce, ok, you are speaking to a Automotive Frame teck, not a IT Guru... I have applied what I have read on line and with the phone. Data Plan? add pin in Imei t-mobile, BB Email?? man I am confused!!! I know "That was easy" I will take to t-mobil store to ask for some help...I just need to know what to look for and how to set it up...
