Question Mailbox alerts on 7290

I know I can create exception rules for email from specific email addresses, but is there anyway I can set an alert rule for all messages going to an address? I have my work pager forwarded to my blackberry address, and that's really the only thing I use that address for. I want to always get alerted for messages going to that email address since it's forwarded from my pager, but I just want to get other email silently.

Thanks,
Bob

Yeah, search the site for "level one messages" and I do believe thats what you're looking for.

Thumbs up Thanks!

After I read your reply and did some research, I realized I have to set a filter for my BB email address that makes any email sent to my pager address a level 1 message. Then I just need to set the right alert options for level 1 messages.

Thanks,
Bob
