    I have an icon at the top of my screen showing I have some type of message but don't know what kind. I have checked all of my inboxes but nothing is there. Any ideas?

    Cassette tape?

    Try opening your message screen, hit Menu> view folder. Check all those folders for any messages, read or delete them.

    It has a number 1 in front of it. It is an envelope with an asterik at the top left corner and the envelope looks open.
