Help with making a phone call with BB 7290
My mums just got a new BB 7290, she can make calls to any mobile number when finding the number in the address book, but when she calls a landline it says the number like this +44(then the number) then it wont ring and it says congestion. but if she dials the number then presses to make the call its just fine. Its only when she presses the number from the address book it wont call.

On the phone. Press the phone button at the top. It will bring up the call log and so forth. If you press the trackwheel it will bring up a menu. Scroll to options, bringing up another menu. Scroll to smart dialing and click it, it should now bring up a menu that at the top says "country code" and that country code should be "+1" if it isn't change it to that! You should be good to go at that point.
