Help, I bought this phone and when i picked it up it says device error 365 reset. and tht is all i can get it to do.
Strange I cannot find JVM error 365. Here is the complete list that RIM publish Livelink - Redirection
Once you have installed Desktop Manager, get my utility CrackUtil (it's free from the link in my sig). and see if you can see any files on the phone and also see if you can wipe the phone back to JVM 507 (No Operating System). Now you ca download an OS and try to install it on the phone.
