help - 7290 Led Blinks Twice OS Won't Start!!!!???

hey im new in the forum and i need some help with my blackberry since i got it did not wanted to turn on then i tried reinstalling the OS and i guess it did not work or something and now my BB light blinks twice then turns off for a while then back on does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Yes from your pc go to the Crackberry menubar and click in help then blackberry 101 then read number 12 How to reload a nuked OS.
