Default GPRS on 7230

Hi!
I bought bb 7230 on eBay. It is unlocked.
I can call, i can send sms.

But GPRS-applications i loaded (Opera) say i have no Internet connection.
TCP i set, it is fine.
I am on Russian provider with no BIS.

I also tried to load service books for BB internal Browser, but the thing is this model does not support service book load through desktop manager? -- When i send service book to device DM says it is loaded fine, but service book records do not appear in my device.

Any ideas to make GPRS work?

To have any apps that require net access you need a bis plan. The device ill make calls and sms without a bis plan though.
