I have a 7250 that I bought used. It has been working fine, but yesterday it powered off and is now flashing a red light. I have tried resetting the phone and connecting it to a different charger. Please help. I am so lost without my phone.

is that all your phone does flashing red LED and no screen?

If so you may need to wipe your device using JL_CMDR and the reload your Operating system

reload software by connecting with battery out and put in after pressing finish. all data will be gone
