    Default curve 8350 frozed

    Hello I have a BB Curve 8350 It will not go to home screen. It frozen on the screen when you first turn your phone on. I spoke to a guy and he said it's a soft ware issue. I have took battery in and out the same. I even let the battery stay out for over two hours and the same. Help someone please
