Default Complete Reset on 7250

I have searched the site but cannot find the info I'm looking for. I was recently given an old (Verizon) 7250 and would like to use it on an extra line on my plan. Problem is, when the BB powers on, it prompts for a password or unlock code to even get to the main screen. Obviously I don't have it. Is there anyway to do a complete reset on the unit, back to ship specs?

Thanks,

Todd

Enter the password wrong ten times. It will wipe the device. then you should be fine. But I would upgrade the os to atleast 4.1.
