Default "Bullfrog" or "Leapfrog"

I recently read Blackberry: The Inside Story of Research in Motion, and loved it. I'm now curious about their very first models of 'two way pagers', the Inter@ctive Pager 900 ("Bullfrog"), and the Inter@ctive Pager 950 ("Leapfrog").

I know it's a longshot, but I'm wondering if anyone knows where I could find one of these for sale? It doesn't have to be working, I basically just want to own a piece of the history of RIM, and what is basically the first iteration of BlackBerry as we know it.

If anyone has any ideas, please post away! Thanks!
