blackberry newbie-need help please

Please someone help me with this Rim Blackberry 7520 I had it on for two days and I have already messed it up! I have a JVM error 523. I ran the cd-rom and the desktop manager,but still have the error code coming up !?I can receive incoming calls and what the screen shows is NXTl,not good...also the biggest problem is the trackwheel will not move at all...I have remove the battery,I have used the reset code with alt and six 0's...it is as if the entire phone froze on me ,so what are my options or should I just shoot it and put it out of it's and mine's, misery??? Please...if anyone has a clue on this I have spent alot of time and probably had too many migraines at this point,I would appreciate any help,Thank You for your time.

tell them its a jvm error and who know u might get get a curve
