Blackberry 8703e Won't Turn On (Solid Red Light)

Hi. I'm using a USB charger. My blackberry won't turn on, the red light stays red continually (solid, not blinking..whether the battery is in or not). I can't find any solutions...can any of you offer any help?

When it's not charging, it displays a darker screen and the battery with a slash through it, kind of.

Please help!

Hi,
I have a blackberry bold 9780 and the exact same thing has happend to me, I've just had the phone for 2months, and when it does turn on, it continously stops and just starts loading the screen again, which is very annoying, did u find a solution for yours?
