okay, so i bought a cingular blackberry 7290 off of ebay

and i am trying to get it to work with my t-mobile prepaid sim card.

what i found is that i need to get the code to unlock it from the cingular network to allow other networks.i found out how to insert the number, i just need the number..

i called t-mobile, they transfered me to the blackbery tmobile department, then they told me to call cingular. i called cingular and they told me i have to bring it into a store to do it... ....i dont buy it.

i know somebody out there knows how to do what i need. if you do, direct me to a link or whatever to what ever keygen or software crack i need.

if you can, help. it will be greatly appreciated.

problem resolved: after calling cingular for the 3rd time, they gave me the code.

i think the catch was that i asked the dude how his day was

i can make phone calls, and im still deciding wether i want to pay more and activate the data transfer wioth t-mobile's flex pay
