    I recently purchased a 7290 from eBay. I was able to unlock it and the phone works fine, was able to get bis and service books pushed to the phone. Problem is bbm is missing and I have not been able to find an ota download. Does anyone know a way for me to download it?

    Have you tried checking the software update? You can find the latest one in the drop down menu here https://swdownloads.blackberry.com/D...0354E37BBF44A2
    Start the app loader and make sure BBM is checked in the installed apps menu on PC.
