I have a Blackberry 8230 here I want to put security code on my phone book and so on when it boots up it tells me to put security code in so I do. if I got code already when it is not in use and what ever do I need security code to set up for phone book and so on?

& not sure what content compression means but it is enabled and so is content protection. and contacts as well. Thank U.
