Its showing on my phone 4.0 was is the most updated OS for my device??? and where can I DL it from. Thanks all

You can download the latest OS for your Verizon 7250 from here: BlackBerry Software Updates

That's a great phone. Indestructible as a rock and a nice keyboard. You won't find a really new OS for it, but the website has OS4.1, which will be newer than what you've got.
