8700g problem

I recently purchased a 8700g blackberry and i cannot add the internet connection as it is still registered to someone else, anyone know how or if i can unregister ?

you can try to contact your service provider.
i had the same type of troubles with a 7290 and my service provider contacted blackberry and they reset the owner to me and i have had no other issues.
