I have a message that came in from a friend. I have deleted the message, and it no longer shows up in my inbox. However, I still see a header for the message that I cannot delete. I have tried many times without success to press and confirm deletion. I have restarted the BB as well. Any ideas??

try toggling the themes back and forth and maybe have service books resent... sometimes those icons get stuck for odd reasons
