i purchased a replacement 7750 because of a crracked screen and cant set up the email because the option menue does not have the "enterprise activation" choice like my old one or "register now" on the host routing table. anyone now how i get them added

Did you back up your old one? If you did just restore the settings to your new one and you should be good. If not I would install the latest OS and go from there.

Go here and access your service provider site to get your download. Instructions will be there also. Back up your contacts before you do it though. Good luck!

worked like a charm, new OS brought in all the missing options. now if I could just get my enterprise email activated.......................thanks so much for the answer
