Default 7290 no signal

I know this unit is really old, but does anyone know how to fix a no signal? It starts with a searching for network then settles with no service. No arrow action. I tried a battery pull, upgraded the os and checked the antenna. thx

Is the sim card an older one? Try taking it out and installing it again.
