Default 7250 Problems

Hey All, hoping I can get some help for a problem I'm having with my Blackberry 7250.

I've had the phone for about a year, and it has worked pretty much perfectly. I don't use it for anything other than what a normal cell phone provides, so just call and SMS, no data plan or BBM or anything like that.

But a few weeks ago the device has began to, for lack of a better term, crash. It displays a 411 error, then usually shuts down. After it starts back up it usually doesn't get any reception until I restart that part, and after it gets a signal it just seems to crash again right away. After a few crashes the phone won't start back up again, except for a few seconds to say the battery is drained, even if it is fully charged.

Oddly enough, the only time the phone doesn't crash is when I'm at home, when it works seemingly perfectly. But as soon as I leave the house, or not long after, it begins to have these problems again. Which kind of negates its usefulness as a portable device.

I've gotten another error message or two, something to do with language or something like that, but not for some time now.

I'm not sure if there's anything that can be done, but I'd like to know for sure before I start shopping for a new phone. As far as I know I did nothing to the phone to start causing these problems, it just started acting up one day.

Thanks for any and all help. Appreciate it in advance.
