6230 on GPRS?
Alright, so I worked through the problems I was having in my other thread ( forums.crackberry.com/f29/epic-6230-troubles-195520 ), but now I've got new problems.
I sucessfully removed the IT policy (well, put a blank one on anyway) and I no longer get those firewall errors. However, Opera and other apps still can't connect to the internet. I don't have a BB-specific data plan, just a regular GPRS data plan. I entered every conceivable setting under TCP Settings for my APN gateway, and nothing seems to work.
I'm on AT&T wireless, by the way. It's a GoPhone Pick Your Plan plan also, but I don't know if that matters, but it's somewhere between prepaid and a regular plan....it doesn't use those refill cards, but I pay every month for a plan plus my addon data plan, but there's no contract...
Anyway. Is there any way to get this to work?
