Ok, folks. I'm going to post it. Remember this recipe is purely for your eating pleasure, and a few laughs. No offense was meant in the writing or posting of this recipe!

2 Cans stewed diced tomatoes w/green peppers, celery and onions
2 Cans black beans
1 Can red beans
1.5lbs. stew meat cut into approximately 1/2" chunks
1 normal sized jar pasta sauce w/mushrooms unless your fungus averse
2*Packets of chili flavoring, I like Tex-Mex
2 Tablespoons chili powder or to taste.
1/4 cup dark mole asses, the dark ones taste best
Drain and half-a$$ rinse 1 can of red beans and 1 can of black beans.*Set aside. Just drain, don't rinse 1 can of black beans. Using a potato masher or any other useful device, squish the unrinsed can of black beans into a paste in a crock pot of at least 3 qts.* Add the rest of the ingredients except the tomatoes and mix thoroughly.*Cover and cook on high for about one hour, make sure it reaches a boil. Reduce to low, add the tomatoes and stir again. Continue to cook for another 8 hours or so. Eat, fridge, freeze or share with friends.
For the homeless, substitute 1 to 1.5lbs. ground beef (we wouldn't want to spoil them too much, would we), brown in skillet. Follow rest of recipe with these exceptions. Use a regular pot. Be sure to get all the pulverized beans off the bottom. Add all ingredients and cover. Bring to boil for 3 minutes, then reduce to simmer for another 15. Feed promptly, but do not disclose home address, nor contribute to alcohol or tobacco dependency.

John, I'm doing great! Thanks, man. You've been really busy I take it. That is a good thing I'm sure. At least for the most part.

Keeps the food on the table though, doesn't it John. And you out of trouble, which is even more important.
CN, it needs to cook for a good long while to have the meat breakdown. You can hold back putting the tomatoes in for quite a while if you like them to be mostly intact.
