Gosh darn kids, I make a complete guide for upgrading a Pearl OS, and the first noob to come along gives me 4 questions already. I guess that's a good thing though:
A. I'd rather they were careful, and I didn't have to talk them through fixing their fubar'd BB.
B. I edited the post, so the next one will have an even clearer understanding of what their doing.
Funny, I was afraid I'd miss something. The only thing seems to be remembering when I was clueless!

You wouldn't believe how easy it is. I don't think I spent an hour on everything, including the changes and multiple uploads. Working on 60MB photo's however...
