Are o2 taking the ****?
So I've been an o2 customer for over seven years.
Last night, I agreed to take a retention deal on the Bold.
Today, they delivered... wait for it
A curve. - 07-24-2009, 02:55 AM #2
all it is the person has pressed a wrong button, call up customer care and they can do a swop and drop (swop a curve for a Bold at the doorsteps). Ask to speak to Offline Repairs and returns team in preston brook they will sort you out.

My girlfriend is on O2 with her iphone and everywhere we go she has problems with reception and message delays. My little sister is on O2 also on a Nokia and she has the same problem. Maybe its just the service up her in the North of Scotland though.

They said they had two systems, the curve was put in both.
They swapped it and the bold had no holster in the box. I'm getting one sent out free this week.

I get 600 minutes, 1000 texts for £30 pcm with a Bold.
If retentions say they won't do it say that you know they will and Three Mobile offer the same deal and just say you're going.
Oh and today, I get more from o2. I had a lack of data connection, I thought this was odd, but I know they've had problems this week.
I called up and the girl in CS says to me "Oh, do you not have your blackberry anymore?" I replied "Yes, it's in my hand".
Turns out today, they decided to disconnect it. Then I was told a manager refused to speak to me. They've now arranged to put it back on within 24 hours and to credit my account.
