They're all important whether an average user or otherwise. Apple have been slacking lately in timely fixes though. However, they are one of the few companies that actually bother to release fixes, even for older devices.

The SSL one was huge. Glad they jumped on it so quickly.

This second one is just another to add to the pile of "potential issues if someone can somehow get the malicious app into app world".
Since that hasn't happened yet, it's a moot point for now.
