    Default Z10 Not Reading SIM Card.

    Just purchased a BlackBerry z10 and it's not reading my sim card from the same company. Some other users I have seen experiencing the same problem. Any thoughts on what to do?

    Aside from taking it back to the retailer.

    You could do remove the sim card check to see if there are any scratches on it, if it is OK do battery pull.

    If that doesn't work you may have a defect SIM and taking it back and getting a new one takes like 5 minutes.

    If there's an old sim i would get a new one otherwise a phone reset should fix it

    Try another SIM card. We bought four Z10s this morning and all of them have SIM cards....no problems here.

    Try another SIM card. We bought four Z10s this morning and all of them have SIM cards....no problems here.
