it's not a problem man! it's the rest of the world with the problem. we are evolutionary giants with our technological babies in hand while the rest of the mobile users are stuck in a premotial soup of un sophisticated devices. we should add a constitutionary amendment stating us the right to bare blackberry!

Each person qualified with the addiction gets X dollars/month to pay for the data plan, depending on what carrier you're on.

Thus, Blackberry addicts can remain functional human beings despite economic hardship and inability to pay for the addiction.
