As much as I "hate" on Apple, I respected and admired the man. Jobs was/is one of my favorite businessmen, visionaries, and leaders.
I have NEVER owned an iPhone, iPod, iPad, nor even any Mac computer/laptop (however I have used Macs for projects), but Jobs was someone I respected and admired. I love what he and his team did back in the days to pioneer our modern world and I love the (counter)culture he created that rivaled the technology industry of the past.
I'm a little sad that he's gone. Mainly because no more innovation and vision from a great mind will come about. However, he has definitely made his mark and his legacy lives on in future generations and I'm sure we'll have future Greats who, at the pinnacle of their success, will pay homage to THE Steve...Last edited by jranciano; 10-05-2011 at 07:30 PM.

Apple has it posted on their website, along with an e-mail where you can share your thoughts, memories, and condolences.

His family, in a separate statement, said Mr. Jobs "died peacefully today surrounded by his family...We know many of you will mourn with us, and we ask that you respect our privacy during our time of grief."

The smartphone industry wouldn't be what it currently is without Steve. Same with MP3 players, laptops & OS X. A true innovator, genius. As Bla1ze's mom said, he did hold on to see the i4S presentation!!

I knew something is not good with him since he steeped out from the position of the CEO, at least he lived the day to see his last IPHONE relies!
