RIM will be Introducing developers to BlackBerry 10 @ Mobile World Congress 2012

Interestingly, the PlayBook offer makes no mention of having to choose between release and Developer Preview versions... Might be a stretch but to me that suggests that RIM doesn't expect to HAVE a Developer Preview by Feb 27...

Or maybe they WILL have it out. And there won't be a "developer preview" version at all since OS2 will be out so the official release will be the only version.

I look forward to hearing what the devs take away will be re: BBOS 10. I realize they may not hear anything about hardware but I do have high hopes for the next generation of high end devices.
