And folks this is why you shouldn't post your BBM PIN in public places.

India was and is still trying hard to get access to BES and bbm traffic. BB cant share it because of privacy concerns. So india is trying to make a deal with the Canadian, similar to the one US has on security matters with Canada. This will bind BB to share data with India as and when required. India on the other hand will probably have to agree to not data mine Canadian citizens...

Yes it's true. The algorithms used are such that not even BlackBerry can decrypt the messages. This is a feature of high security, it is not hackable. Of course it can be abused in the wrong hands, but that's the price of privacy and security.
