This is a pretty cool video of a remote controlled car that lets you park it and use the remote to retrieve it later.

At about 2:30 in the video is a touch screen in the dash, is this QNX or a knock off?

It doesn't look like any QNX i've seen, but I can't find any information on it online. It could very well be QNX, although I think it would have to be heavily modified if they're also using neutrino to control the car itself. If it's not QNX though, why would you think it's a knock off? QNX isn't the only player in town, and they certainly weren't the first.
