Owner of BBx trademark takes legal action against RIM
Perhaps checking to see if a product name has already been trademarked would be a good idea prior to announcing it to the world. BBX is a registered trademark of Basis International, below is link to the press release indicating legal action against RIM.

This is the companies 15 mins of fame because they have never been heard of.
Just use the trademark and give the company employees free playbooks and call it a day. Lol

Leaving it named QNX wouldnt have hurt a thing. Maybe they should have spent more time on polishing OS 2.0 and delivering the promised features than trying to come up with cute new names for an OS that already had an adequate name.============================
Please, God, for another day grant me
the wisdom to know the difference.
