OS 46 - Password Help
Installing OS 46 and it asked for a password. Tried clicking retry but appears nothing was happening. Tried downgrading, but it is still asking for a password. Please help.

Is your device password protected? If so you'll have to enter the password to continue.

My phone is not password protected. I do have BB Wallet on it. Would it be picking up that password?

After a battery pull, I got that dreaded '507' error message. Which means, of course, I bricked my BB. I followed the instructions and have the phone back up and running on OS 42. I did lose all of my extra applications. I will retry to load OS 46 tonight. Since there is nothing on there, I hoping I will not run into the password question. Thanks for the help.

When Trying to install the .46, it wipe everything from my phone, and lost connection while attempting to reinstall, I have nothing on the phone, and it is asking for the password. The desktop manager is asking for it to connect to the phone so that it can install the OS. Right now all I have is a dead piece of trash sitting in front of me. I can not even turn the phone off. it has nothing on it at all.

I too have .46 loaded and running good. I don't know what happened, but I had to go through 4 techs of support with att and than connected to bb support before getting it installed. I tried to down grade everything, but it keep asking for a password that I did not have.
BB Support had me pull the battery and attempt to install. it worked great.
