I think they are campaign office phones and it has been suggested to me that they are Motorola MOTO VE66.

Cearly not his own phone, the campaign office must hand them out to make the calls. quicker than setting up landlines for a short event.
You can see the identical phone on the desk beside him.

I searched that phone. It says it was linux-mobile? 1, if its not android and google owns moto, 2. I thought only apple and google existed in NA
