Great article! Best I have read in the last 12 months. I think it highlights that all things are not great with RIM and that there are areas of concern. However, it also highlights that they have good financial footing, IP and a growing global user base. In other words, it is long from over for them. They have a chance to get back on top in North America. Will it be tough, you bet.

I think the possible change on the board is good, but not nearly enough. I don't agree with those that say they are doomed, but neither do I agree with those that say everything is OK at RIM. There are a lot of both types on this forums. I think it is undecided, and I would say I am slightly encouraged that they will do the right things. We shall see!
