Google phasing out free EAS support Question.
Google is dumping Active Sync;
Google phasing out ActiveSync push mail for free customers | Ars Technica
Will this move by Google have any bearing on how the Playbook get's email and syncs calendars and contacts?

no activesyn is Microsofts service, from what i gather is Android users want the push service they will have to pay the same way we as RIM gets service revenues
