Camera/Phone Hybrids: A new battleground?

Cameras: the next Apple vs. Android battleground?
Perhaps a few of you out there might have heard of this BUT for those of you who have not:
It wasn't enough for the Android OS to invade the cellphone and tablet market spaces; Point-and-Shoot Cameras are next! If RIM is really looking to embed QNX in everything, they'd better be paying attention to this new product category called... the PHAMERA.

When I was in Europe I saw lots of Samsung galaxy point and shoot cameras. Is that not here yet?? I haven't really looked.

My God can we not think of a better name than Phamera??? I mean, seriously, PHAMERA!?

Also, as far I know the Galaxy Camera doesn't have phone functionality

ahh ok. I didnt look if they had a phone function.

wonder what we will be calling 5" screen Phameras. Thameras?
