Bold Released on June 9th?
My father called AT&T last night (June 5th) to see about getting a new Blackberry as his contract was expiring. He asked the associate when the Bold was scheduled to be released, and the sales associate said June 9th. My father asked him if he was sure of the date because he had heard it would be released in late June or July. The associate again said June 9th.
Even though the associate confirmed the date June 9th twice I am still skeptical. I don't know if he was confusing it another phone (maybe the iPhone) or he said June 9th instead of July 9th, but I have a hard time believing it. - 06-06-2008, 06:24 PM #3

to clarify a few things.....
1. the blackberry bold has no launch date nor will it be on monday because we havn't heard anything about it.
2. the 3g iphone "launch" on monday is steve jobs keynote that will announce the 3g iphone and possibly show it, no one has any answers on that either.
3. from reading other sites the bold may be released at the end of june or early july because we cannot taker vacation from june 15th to july 13th which is exactly liek last year
....if blackberry is playing their cards right, they should launch the blackberry same time as the 3g iphone and see how that pans out...PIN: Ask Me
