I think BlackBerry ought to bill him for that. Senseless destruction like this makes no sense, as the sort of "tests" he's doing on various phones have no reality to it. What he's doing is something that Beavis and Butthead would do to a phone if they found one (probably after getting bored with taking pictures of their butts and nuts).

watch his other videos. he drops it flat on the screen from 4 feet, cuts it with a knife, bashes with a hammer, and washes it under a sink for about 10-15 seconds. that thing is a fricken tank!!

it only gave up after the baseball bat.
