Keyboard looks good. I still think that lockscreen is fugly..icons seem too small and seems like a bunch of wasted space on it. Same goes for the icons and font/backgrounds in the hub. Just doesn't look very appealing aesthetically to me, so hopefully theming will become available. The overall functionality of the device looks good though..and seeing's how I never picked up a Note 2, i'll be either getting BB10 or waiting on the S4. My money is RIM's to lose at this point.

AH HA! Anyone else spot the voice control app?
Look closely........
Closer..........
no, really, look at the ---> . <----
At the bottom of the keyboard, the little period shows a microphone icon. I'm assuming you will be able to do dictation of a text message.

Everyone has gotten so sensitive and defensive these days.
My view is that it is unrealistic to believe that there won't be bugs such as the one with the camera. Reality will most likely be they are fixing things for a bit, and past history would support it, even on other platforms. Totally new platform = lots of loose ends to tie up.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I would not say sensitive and defensive, but if people would listen to and read the posts of the actual developers that have used this device and written code for it, the same comments would not have to be made as many times as they are. As you know and everyone knows, there are plenty of threads on the cam and software. Not trying to be rude or anything here, but as I said all it takes is a little reading before everyone just assumes things. To observe is one thing, but unless someone actually has the device and uses the device to know that it is buggy or lags is another.
I'm just saying in general. Really not directing anything towards you directly here or towards any one individual. Some are just getting too paranoid and worked up over the functions of a cell phone that is not even in its final software stage. We all want this phone to be bug free and flawless to prove that RIM is more then capable of making a good device. All we can do is hope for the best, and count the days. Personally, I am JACKED for BB10. I bled BB until Aug. 1, 2012. I got a Galaxy SIII with my upgrade and I really love it....everything but the txt and gmail app. They both SUC AZZ....IMHO.

It was shown in one of the Demos...some tech blogger was trying to get either Vivek or Jeff to talk about this microphone icon, but vivek or Jeff got quiet and whispered something like "we haven't spoken about it yet" and that shut up the tech blogger because that is probably One of the surprises.
