Accurate, responsible, ethical and fair reporting would see a lot more articles like this one.
The Outright lies,distortions, and/or inexcusable inaccuracies that I see from major, mainstream American media outlets makes me question if one can believe ANYTHING they put out there. Have they all become propaganda machines? Are they all on the hook to private interests?
It has been said that "freedom of the press belongs to him that owns one. ", but an independent, ethical, impartial media is one of the defining principles of freedom.
I frequently feel that we live in the Disinformation Age.
Okay, I'll shut up now...

In all fairness, you are right. It is silly for me to expect different. I don't expect back-slapping from the more reasonable, long term members, particularly from a piece that almost comes from RIM itself.

What I found interesting was the very succinct difference between iOS and BB10:

RIM is playing to their strengths, and capitalizing on the weaknesses of other platforms. One of the weaknesses of iOS is that each app is it's own island. On BlackBerry 10, data will flow between apps, and the integration between apps will be far more seamless.

I'm confident they'll be on target. That got a big shake up and good lead now.
