1. I have the Blackberry Tour and it has been awesome. I got it mainly for email and keeping in touch and am using so much more now. I will never look back.
2. It is my only device. No landline. Just me and my BB. And my HP notebook.
I haven't had a home phone in over 8 yrs. Like just having the BB
3. I would not jump ship. I am pleased with the BB platform. I have no problems with it.
4. Only touchscreen I had was the EnvTouch. I played with the Storm but once I saw the Tour, that was it. And I am glad. I love my Tour
5. I am pleased with RIM. Just wish they would get the new browser out, other than that, I have no complaints.
6. I wasn't affected by the outages too much. I am at work for the most part and only use my phone on breaks and when not working.
