Who has tried BBM Voice?

Feel free to post here with your experiences on BBM Voice!

I just made a call and the call quality is quite good. If both parties talk at once it does appear to drop one of the voices though.
To answer or hang up, it seems like you have to use your physical buttons; it would be nice just to tap the person's avatar to answer a call.
I turned off my cell network and just used wifi, and as expected it worked flawlessly! I got my brother to turn off his cell radio too ( so we were both just on wifi), and we talked over long distance with no problems! This is definitely a great feature

I do remember watching a QNX-car video about the whole "talking at same time" conundrum, and I'm not sure if it was QNX tech, or speaker tech, or network tech, but all I remember is both parties talking at same time, as if were face-to-face.

Anybody care to back me up or am I insane?

So far, only one of my BBM contacts has it. Voice quality is excellent. We held a normal conversation, even interrupting each other at one point. That didn't appear to be an issue. When he rang me (on BBM Voice), I tapped my screen to answer. The screen almost looked like a regular incoming call screen except it said BBM call (or something to that effect).

It may have just been a wifi connection issue. I tried talking over/interrupting my wife (for scientific purposes only!) on a BBM Voice call, and it worked much better this time. I am curious to hear the experience of others.

just installed it..but how can i know it's working ? when I open a chat I don find the voice chat icon..or the other contact must have the new bbm to make the icon appear ?

any one cares to try it with me ? just for a minute

i have the same issue and i don't see the new smyles either

Do both parties need to have BBM 7 installed? I still don't see it in the beta zone... Maybe because of the fact that I am in India...

the hardest trick was to register to the beta zone site..i had to use a vpn ..because um in Egypt...but it worked like a charm

Login to your Beta zone. In profile change country to USA, save & logout. Login again and u'll find the program.

I have installed the new BBM 7 ..but as i was trying to install it on my friends blackberry( torch 9800 OS6) it was failing to install and showing an error 907 ....Any idea how to solve this? Please help

i have downloaded bbm 7 and i tried to make a call to my bbm contacts but they can hear me but i cant hear them, this is not the same with me having normal convo's on the phone the problems is only when i use bbm7
can anyone help me with my problem

i really wanna use it
