Default unlocked Bold on tmobile...no bbm?

Hi guys? Per my post count, you can see that I don't post often. I more of a lurker, but I need some help if anybody's up to it. I just got a bold. Everything seems to be running smooth, but no bbm, no notepad, and other apps were missing. I went to dm to dl what I needed, selected what apps I needed to add, and when it got to the end, instead of an apps loaded successfully message, I got a fatal error message. but when I went to application list, the stuff I loaded on with dm is listed, but yet the apps are nowhere to be found on my device. Any suggestions?

Have you checked if they were hidden maybe? Hit the menu button and click show all.

I know this sounds really obvious but I made the same mistake once, doh!

You will need to have the OS installed to your pc to install them to the Bold. What OS is it running now? And what password prompt do you mean? On the device? Did you set a password or was this from the person you got it from?
